📦 Return & Exchange Policy
At Rosa Mar Creations, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns or exchanges within 60 days of delivery.

- You can request either a return for store credit or an exchange for a different item of equal value (except for concrete pieces—these are limited in stock and may not have an exchange option available).
- Items must be barely used and returned in original packaging.
🕯️ Handmade with Love:
Please note that many of our pieces—especially concrete or resin creations—are handmade and one-of-a-kind. This means:
- Slight variations in size, texture, or color are natural.
- Small imperfections like chips or bubbles may occur and are part of their charm.
- Concrete items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
đźš« Not eligible for return:
- Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 60 days from delivery.
- Items must be in good condition when received back—we do not refund damaged returns.

Sale/Clearance Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Shipping returns
To return your product, send us an email and we will provide with the return details.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
