If something isn\u2019t quite right, we offer <strong>returns or exchanges within 60 days<\/strong> of delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udca1 You choose:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can request either a <strong>return for store credit<\/strong> or an <strong>exchange<\/strong> for a different item of equal value (except for concrete pieces\u2014these are limited in stock and may not have an exchange option available).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items must be <strong>barely used<\/strong> and returned in <strong>original packaging<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udd6f\ufe0f Handmade with Love:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that many of our pieces\u2014especially <strong>concrete or resin creations<\/strong>\u2014are <strong>handmade<\/strong> and <strong>one-of-a-kind<\/strong>. This means:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Slight <strong>variations in size, texture, or color<\/strong> are natural.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Small <strong>imperfections like chips or bubbles<\/strong> may occur and are part of their charm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Concrete items are final sale<\/strong> and <strong>not eligible for exchange<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udeab Not eligible for return:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Custom orders<\/strong> are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong> and <strong>non-returnable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returns or exchanges <strong>will not be accepted after 60 days<\/strong> from delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items must be in good condition when received back\u2014we do not refund damaged returns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udce7 Need to start a return?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Email us at <strong>rosamarcreations@gmail.com<\/strong> with your order number and reason for return\/exchange. Sale items cannot be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shipping returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To return your product, send us an email and we will provide with the return details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
